Liturgical Musician

Fraser Pearce is a liturgical musician and teacher based in Glasgow, where he studied at the Royal Conservartoire of Scotland. He specialises in organ performance, choral directing and Catholic liturgical music. He is founder and director of Cantores Matris Dei,  through which he provides music for liturgies in both the ordinary and extraordinary forms of the Roman Rite. Fraser is also one of the organists who give the daily organ recitals at Kelvingrove Art Gallery, Glasgow. 

Fraser is available for hire as an organist for weddings and funerals and is able to arrange for choral singers and soloists. Through Cantores Matris Dei , Fraser is available as a consultant on Catholic Liturgical Music and offers workshops to church musicians.

By day, Fraser is Principal Teacher of Religious Education at Turnbull RC High School. He is a Benedictine Oblate of Pluscarden Abbey.
